Democratic state Sen. Ethan Corson of Fairway on Wednesday morning announced he had picked Salina Area Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Renee Duxler as his running mate in the governor's race.
“Renee understands that government decisions are not abstract debates," Corson said of his choice as lieutenant governor.
"They shape whether families can afford care, whether kids have strong schools, and whether working people have a real shot at getting ahead,” Corson said in a statement.
