A last-minute mysterious text message telling Kansans that a proposed constitutional amendment gives women a choice on abortion was denounced Monday afternoon as "desperate and deceitful."
The Washington Post on Tuesday traced the text messages back to a political action committee started by former Congressman Tim Huelskamp.
