Former Johnson County Commissioner Mike Brown is continuing to make waves about possibly running for chair of the Kansas Republican Party after his primary defeat for Kansas secretary of state.
In another Facebook missive Tuesday, Brown dismissed rumors than he planned to run as a write-in candidate for secretary of state next month and said he was still considering running for party chair against Helen Van Etten.
"Anyone who knows Helen would agree she’s a lovely lady, and if you like how the KSGOP is run right now, then you should consider her," Brown wrote.
