Archbishop Shawn McKnight on Wednesday morning announced a new executive director of the Kansas Catholic Conference to replace former state Rep. Chuck Weber, who represented the state's Catholic bishops at the Capitol since 2018.
McKnight said the new executive director would be Paul Malley, president of Five Wishes, a program of Aging with Dignity, a non-profit organization based in Tallahassee, Florida that "that defends the rights of all people as they approach the end of life."
