Good morning everyone:

Kind of a ho-hum week even with all the anticipation over whether the governor would sign the education finance bill. For weeks, I haven't been able to get Carly Simon out of my head. Maybe now — finally (with apologies to anyone out there who likes the tune). Now we move from whether she will sign to whether he will sue. It's up to Republican Attorney General Kris Kobach to decide whether to challenge the governor's decision to veto a policy provision of the school appropriations bill. That should give everyone something to chew . . .
