Colyer signs bills enhancing transparency, creating new state parks, increasing election fines

Kansas Gov. Jeff Coyer on Thursday signed into law a bill giving the public more limited access to police body camera footage as well as more information about child abuse cases that end in death. The transparency bill was among the 26 bills the governor signed Wednesday and Thursday. Here's a look at everything he signed the last two days:
