KDADS names new chief of staff

The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services has named Leigh Keck as the agency's new chief of staff to Secretary Laura Howard.

Keck moves up from governmental affairs director to fill a new role created by the agency.

Keck will support the secretary in leading the agency and oversee governmental affairs and communications.

Her responsibilities include analyzing legislation that may affect the agency, guiding the agency through the legislative process, and fostering relationships with the governor’s office, legislators, congressional staff, partner agencies, and the public.
