Former Gov. Jeff Colyer's campaign laid down its first television ad buy for his 2026 campaign for governor, as TV spending on the GOP side is nearing $3 million so far.
Colyer's campaign new campaign emphasizes faith and patriotism with mentions of President Donald Trump and former President Ronald Reagan.
The new spend totals about $210,000, which augments the $823,000 that has been spent in support of Colyer by Kansas 1st, a social welfare group that is not required to disclose its donors.
