Incoming House Minority Leader Brandon Woodard has hired a new chief of staff steeped in Democratic politics that includes work for U.S. Rep. Sharice Davids and the Democratic Attorneys General Association.
Woodard has hired Annie Sgroi as his new chief, replacing Kate Davis, who had been the chief of staff for outgoing Minority Leader Vic Miller.
Sgroi currently is the principal at Linden Associates, a boutique fundraising and political consulting firm she founded. She's also worked for the Kansas Democratic Party.
