Johnson County oncologist Prasanth Reddy on Monday started running a new ad aimed at deflecting criticism that he opposes abortion rights.
Reddy has been fighting an onslaught of ads from Democratic U.S. Rep. Sharice Davids criticizing her challenger for aligning with Republican leaders who oppose abortion rights.
After the first Davids ad hit early last month, Reddy responded hastily with a short video saying that the congresswoman was lying about his views on abortion.
