Any constitutional challenge to a new state law that allows grievances brought against school districts for health orders issued during the pandemic is now moot, the attorney general's office argues.
The state's top appellate lawyer, Solicitor General Brent Laue, filed a brief Wednesday contending that an ongoing state lawsuit over the state's new emergency management law is no longer relevant.
